Refund Policy

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all included parts and accessories.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges may be available for eligible items of the same or higher value, subject to product availability. Any price difference must be paid before the exchange is completed.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number at nolonia.com@gmail.com.

  • Return Requests: To request a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.
