- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened skincare or fragrance products (for hygiene reasons), sale items, and gift cards.
- Refund Process: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for items of the same or higher value.
